Go to http://tiger.tv/more_info/?384 for more High-Definition information! The LG-50PC5D features Clear Filter Pro, an advanced thin film filter for improved brightness and contrast, reduced reflection and truer color reproduction. It also has Extreme Contour Compensation, which minimizes color contour noise for natural color transitions. LG SIMPLINK Allows for convenient control of other LG SimpLink products, using the existing HDMI connection. Six distinct processes contribute to picture improvement. LG’s XD Engine takes the low resolution of analog signals to near HD levels by improving brightness, contrast, detail and enhancing color as well as reducing signal noise. This total solution results in cinematic, high-resolution images.
